Standard Shoot still photos: $150 (for homes up to 2,400 square feet)
- Includes a minimum of 35 finished images for MLS uploads
- Should take approximately 1.5 hours to complete
Large Home Shoot: $250 (for homes between 2,500 and 3,500 square feet)
- Includes a minimum of 35 finished images for MLS uploads
- Should take approximately 2.5 hours to complete
Mega-Home Shoot: $450 (for homes exceeding 3,500 square feet)
- Includes a minimum of 35 finished images for MLS uploads
- Should take approximately 3.5 hours to complete
Twilight shoot or repeat visit for interior/exterior shots: $15
- Twilight shots give a dramatic and an elegant look to the home
- Twilight shots are done between sunset and approximately 30 minutes after sunset
Aerial Images: $180 (for three images)
- Images taken with a small Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (sUAS), aka Drone, between 25' and 200'' above ground level providing that cinema graphic look and feel...totally better than Google Earth!
Image editing: $100/hour
- Image editing allows cars and garbage cans to be removed from driveways and to make other improvements to photos.
By law, we are not allowed to change any of the physical characteristics of the home (remove trees, etc.) with image editing
